A set of 10 CDs comprising of audio, interviews, transcripts, photographs from the Madiba Way - a project of the NMF Dialogue Programme focusing on developing a dialogue methodology for the Nelson Mandela Foundation.
Proceedings of the first Malibongwe Dialogue held at the Nelson Mandela Foundation features Rica Hodgson, Brigalia Bam, Bertha Gxowa, Sibongile Mkhabela, Amina Cachalia, Sophie de Bruyn, Vesta Smith and Graca Machel.
Nelson Mandela comes in to meet and greet the participants of the dialogue. He then shares a joke or two before leaving. The Malibongwe forum was used to deal with women’s stalwarts sharing their experiences and transferring their wisdom the young women of South Africa.
The Malibongwe dialogues series started in 2007 and was discontinued in 2009.
The authorised portrait book launch includes footage of Nelson Mandela in conversation with Mac Maharaj, Ahmed Kathy Kathrada, Ruth Hobday, and Geoff Blackwell of PQ Blackwell interviewing the three stalwarts. (PQ Blackwell are the publishers from New Zealand). Professor Jakes Gerwel welcomes all visitors, with President Thabo Mbeki in attendance.

This book is a tribute to the thousands of people around the world who marked the 2018 centenary of Nelson Mandela's birth. They did do in a great range of ways, modes and idioms - from community-based projects to celebrity events, from innovative new initiatives to the deepening of well-established programmes.

Nelson Mandela Foundation HIV/ AIDS programme in Dzumeri clinic, Giyani Limpopo province. Interview of HIV/ AIDS counselors who share that female community members only come to the clinic for testing only when they are pregnant, when they discover that they are HIV positive they consult traditional leaders and stop coming to the clinic. A nurse gives interviewers a tour of the clinic and then takes them to one family that is affected by HIV/AIDS, both parents of the two children have died and the grandfather relates the challenges that he faces with the health of one of the orphans being infected by the virus.
