White certificate with silver border (left and right sides), taken out of frame for preservation. Border has a number of logos in silver foil, including: Operation Hunger; South African Council for the Aged; South African National Council on Alcoholism and Drug Dependency; Family and Marriage Society of South Africa; South African Federation for Mental Health; South African National Council for the Blind; Disabled People of South Africa; South African National Council for Child and Family Welfare; South African National Epilepsy League; Cancer Association of South Africa; South African National Council for the Deaf; National Institute for Crime Prevention and Rehabilitation of Offenders; National Council for the Physically Disabled in South Africa; Development Fund for Disabled People.
Body of certificate has the pink, blue, green, and yellow logo for Viva Game which reads "The Peoples Welfare Lottery Giving Your Dreams a Better Chance." Certificate also has the red wax seal of The Viva Trust affixed to the bottom of the certificate. Certificate text, in black, reads:
