Ebrahim, Ebrahim Ismail was an Indian-born South African anti-apartheid activist who belonged to the uMkhonto we Sizwe armed branch of the African National Congress. He was convicted of sabotage in the 1963 Pietermaritzburg trials and given a 15-year prison term at the Robben Island Maximum Security Prison.
