Nelson Mandela travels through South Africa mobilising South Africa’s traditional community leaders to Care for the people who are affected or infected with HIV/AIDS. Nelson Mandela cautions that people should not discriminate or stigmatise people that are living with the disease and people must talk about sex with the children to make them aware of the dangers of HIV/AIDS in the fight against HIV/AIDS. The campaign focuses on traditional leaders and the role they can play to make the difference.
