White certificate inside brown folder with brown textured paper lining. Cover of folder is engraved with the Soka University logo, the words "Soka University" and "Soka University Award of Highest Honor" (in English and Japanese). Taken out of folder for preservation.
Certificate has a blue border with white matting. Top of certificate has two gold embossed designs. Below, engraved in gold, are the words: "Soka University Award of Highest Honor" (in English and Japanese). Bottom left corner of certificate has an engraved gold seal of the university. Background of certificate has an image of the light blue Soka University logo in the center.
Certificate is written in Japanese and English and reads:

Whereas you have devoted great efforts to academic promotion and the enhancement of culture and have made great contributions to the eternal peace of mankind, we hereby bestow upon you the Award of Highest Honor of Soka University in recognition of your immortal achievement.
